Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days from the day you received your order, subject to the following:
Condition
RediSet earbud holders must be unopened, sealed, in mint condition, and contain all original packaging inserts. Swess clothing must be new and unworn with tags intact. Used or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange and will be returned.
Shipping Instructions
Pack and seal your return securely to prevent damage. Please indicate your order number clearly on the outside of the package. Include proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation email or number) inside the package. We do not provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using FedEx or USPS regular ground service and obtaining a tracking number. Swess, LLC is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be postmarked
within 14 days of receipt and mailed as follows:

Shipping Charges
You will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost. Shipping, along with any non-refundable credit card fees, duties and taxes paid, will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. We can only issue a refund to the same credit account you used to pay for the order. We willl refund the original purchase price minus fees as stated above.
