About the Founder
Psychotherapist/certified ADHD coach, a mother of four kids, and the CEO and founder of Multi-Role Woman, a platform dedicated to helping women juggle multiple roles and responsibilities, Eda Schottenstein is the CEO and founder of REDI.
Eda has written articles featured in national publications, author of “You Got This: 21-Day Mental Wealth Challenge”, host of “From the Inside Out” podcast ranked in the top 5% of podcasts worldwide and gives lectures and workshops on mental health awareness.

Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn are stylists and consultants responsible for creating the iconic styles of renowned talents Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani, Camila Cabello, Hailee Steinfeld, Cara Delevingne, Rachel McAdams, Lily Collins and many more.
Rob and Mariel see creating a look as one aspect of the larger goal: creating a brand. In addition to inventing and reinventing A-list stars, they are the creative directors and they have served as brand ambassadors for many global brands. As costume designers, they have worked with L’Oreal, Pepsi, CoverGirl and MAC, as well as international stage tours for Rihanna, Gwen Stefani, and Jennifer Lopez, including her 2020 Super Bowl Halftime Performance.
Rob and Mariel each reside in Los Angeles.
