What payment forms do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Affirm.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by UPS. At checkout you may select UPS Ground or 2-Day shipping services.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the US and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on where your order is in the fulfillment process, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone for quick assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, you are able to return your item via our returns process.

Can I make a change to my order before it ships?

When your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes very quickly to our warehouse to ship in order to get your order to you as fast as possible. As a result no changes can be made once the order is processing. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, you can return the order once it arrives. Please review the Return Policy for how to return your order.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on products unopened and in new condition within 14 days from the day you received your order. You can find our full Return Policy here.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 15 days, from the day you ship your return item, for your return to be processed. Returns are processed within 72 hours of being received into our receiving warehouse. Your return tracking numberĀ  is the best way to confirm your return has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.
